How long does it take for an application to appear on the site?

We submitted our app Clarity a few hours ago, and got a confirmation email, but it hasn't shown up on the site yet. Should I be worried?

  Thanks for writing. We're reviewing submissions in the order they were received. We've gotten a great response to the challenge so we have many submissions to review. All submissions will be reviewed before the start of the Judging Period. Your patience is much appreciated. Thank you.
